go-en fermented foods is a small, family owned fermentory in Whitefield, Maine. We handcraft small batch; Koji, Miso, Amazake and various Japanese fermented foods. We use select organic ingredients - local as much as possible - wild when available - and put plenty of love & respect to our foods. We dedicate true gratitude to our ancestors, all the elements and creatures, and of course, countless amazing hard workers, microorganisms.
